Submit a Cancellation Request

Contact usto submit a request to cancel your 1 Month, 3 Month, Month to Month, Annual, or Builders Membership, or The Monthly 4 Pack or Auto Renewing 10 Class Pack. All cancellation requests must be submitted online.

We require 72 hours notice to review and process requests. If you provide us less than 72 hours notice, we will process your request as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that a scheduled payment will not be billed within the 72 hour period.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will get in touch to confirm your eligibility and the details of your cancellation, including how to submit any required supporting documents.
